ChildSpeech is keen to recruit enthusiastic speech and language therapists to join our dynamic team

We are looking to welcome SLTs to join our friendly, highly experienced and dynamic team. We are a small independent team of 13 therapists with a wide range of specialisms providing services to schools and families in Bristol and the surrounding area. We have long standing relationships with families and the schools we work with which reflects our commitment to providing an exceptionally high-quality service.

We currently have vacancies in:

• Mainstream school settings in Bristol and the surrounding area.

• SEMH settings across Bristol.

• Supporting children and young people presenting with ASC/social communication needs on our families’ caseload.

We are committed to offering a robust mentoring system for therapists qualified within the last five years and to support NQPs through their competencies. We have regular team meetings and you will have access to a wide range of assessments and resources as well as admin support.

We will consider applications from therapists with all levels of experience, including NQPs.

Part-time/full-time/term-time only working are available on a salaried or freelance basis. We offer competitive rates of pay depending on experience. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, adaptable and able to respond to the varying demands of working in schools and with families. They will have strong organisation skills and be keen to learn in areas they have less experience and skill in.
